Technical Details
The ZRE Series is an explosion relief valve specialized for the exhaust system of dual-fuel (DF) engines, representing the product that operates in the most extreme conditions among marine safety valve technologies.
High-temperature heat-resistant alloy materials and special high-temperature sealing materials are applied to ensure stable operation in exhaust environments up to 700°C. It precisely responds even at the low opening pressure range of 0.15-0.22 bar, immediately releasing pressure surges occurring in the exhaust system.
Designed through CFD simulation and structural analysis to minimize thermal stress and vibration loads during high-temperature gas flow. Certified by DNV, LR, BV, and KR, with four models from ZRE-320 to ZRE-735 accommodating various exhaust pipe bore diameters.
